The Style 540 Ducting Flexible Connector is an economical, integrally flanged design, and is used primarily in applications which experience large movements.

The duct connector is manufactured in a W-design configuration, with a minimum of one to two plies of reinforced fabric that has been vulcanized into a homogeneous product. The finished thickness can be selected from 3/16”, 1/4”, or 3/8”.

The Style 540 is manufactured with a premolded arch, and flanges are an integral part of the expansion joint construction. The arch continues through the corner, and is fully developed when in the neutral position.

PROCO STYLE TTS-6201

The Proco Style TTS-6201 flexible metal threaded connector has been designed to control a variety of mechanical stresses, such as:

Vibration control
Noise reduction
Relief from system stressors
Prevention of system shock
Compensation for misalignment and movement
Ordinary flexible metal hoses can fail to operate properly when subjected to high pressures; adding a flexible restraint, such as a metal braid, allows the hose to adequately withstand the specified internal pressure and prevent elongation. The woven metal braid is designed to fit over the metal hose, and to be strong enough to withstand elongation up to the full pressure rating of the hose.

The Proco 9013-EP Low Torque Gasket is fully molded for precise sizing, and is manufactured with the PTFE film bonded to the EPDM rubber gasket. A unique outer sealing ring around each bolt hole is added, for additional sealing safety.

These special gaskets are for use on plastic, fiberglass, glass or other piping systems which require minimal sealing forces. The outer sealing rings provide the utmost in sealing at extremely low bolt torques.

The Proco Series 450 Rubber Sleeve Type Pipe Connectors are constructed of neoprene rubber, and reinforced with impregnated woven nylon. Sealing beads are molded on the interior of the sleeve to provide extra sealing action for the clamping area. Internal reinforcing rings prevent deformation of the connector during surges or temporary negative pressure conditions. Outer reinforcement rings are added to provide even more external reinforcement.

PROCO SERIES 300

Each Proco Series 300 Flanged Rubber Pipe Connector is specifically engineered for your particular application. Multiple plies of tough fabric and helical spring steel wire are embedded into the pipe wall during the manufacturing process, resulting in a product precisely designed for your pressure and vacuum requirements.

Available styles include:

Style 310-R

The Style 310 is precision molded to specific lengths, as listed in Table 3. The built-in rubber flanges are manufactured to adhere to ANSI 125/150# drilling specifications.

Style 310

The Proco Style 310 is manufactured using conventional methods which allow for fabrication to a specific custom length requirement. It is also available in pre-manufactured lengths (shown in Table 3). The Style 310 is standard with 125/150# drilling, but can also be fabricated to meet other drilling patterns.

Style 320

The Style 320 is designed for high-pressure applications and is manufactured similarly to Style 310. Flanges are usually produced to ANSI 250/300# drilling specifications, but other drilling patterns can be accommodated upon request.

PROCO PEN-SEAL

The Proco Pen-Seal is designed to provide a gas and water-tight seal. All sizes have been tested to withstand a hydrostatic seal up to 20 psig or 40 feet of head pressure, in addition to withstanding temperatures up to 250 °F.

The Pen-Seal’s standard elastomer material is EPDM, but a Nitrile material is available if the seal may come in contact with hydrocarbons, oil, gas, jet fuel, or miscellaneous solvents.

The Pen-Seal utilizes glass-reinforced plastic, and all hardware is manufactured from steel zinc dichromate. For corrosion resistance, 316 stainless steel hardware is available.
